Labret stud also known as Monroe stud or just a simple stud. Can be used on most ear piercings, facial piercings and other applications. Comes in 3 lengths. The most common length is 5/16". This is a common length for Monroe and lip piercings. 1/4" would be better for thin locations, like the top of an ear.
